Accounts & identity
We identify passengers primarily by mobile number + OTP. Keep the same number you will use for M-Pesa when possible so receipts and support match.
Choosing the right trip
Compare SACCO, departure time, vehicle type, and fare. Peak holidays (Easter, Christmas, election periods) sell out early — book ahead for Nairobi–Mombasa and other trunk routes.
Seat maps
Grey seats are taken. Selected seats are held briefly while you pay; abandoning checkout releases them for others.
Boarding etiquette
Arrive early, queue at the SACCO desk, and follow conductor instructions. Digital tickets do not replace SACCO gate checks.
